生物活性：ATP（腺苷 5'-三磷酸）是体内能量储存和代谢的核心成分。 ATP 提供代谢能量以驱动代谢泵，并在细胞中充当辅酶。 ATP 是免疫和炎症中重要的内源性信号分子^[1][2]。

体外：ATP（5 mM；1 小时）与 LPS (1 μg/mL) 共同处理对 HGFs 中 NLRP3 炎性体的激活具有协同作用^[3]。
ATP (2 mM；0.5-24 小时）以 caspase-1 激活依赖性方式诱导 BMDM 分泌 IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2^[4]。
ATP 促进中性粒细胞趋化性体外^[4].

体内：ATP (50 mg/kg; ip) 在体内保护小鼠免受细菌感染^[4]。
ATP 在体内诱导 IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2 的分泌以及中性粒细胞募集^[4].
