体外:Paclitaxel (20 nM; 48 hours)
诱导程序性细胞死亡,并在细胞周期的 G2/M 期存在阻滞[1]。

诱导p53[1] 水平的持续增加。
体内:紫杉醇(1-20 mg/kg; ip; 1次/2天,共5个周期)在低紫杉醇组明显诱导肝转移,对原发肿瘤生长影响不大[3]。
