性质:
本品为白色结晶性粉末；无臭；味微苦。在水中略溶，在氯仿、乙醇中不溶，在稀
盐酸或氢氧化钠等碱溶液中易溶。本品的饱和水溶液约含肌苷1.5%。 mp218℃(分
解)。 
适用症状：
1.用于治疗白细胞减少、血小板减少。
2.治疗急性肝炎和慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝性脑病。
3.用于冠状粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)、心肌梗死、风湿性心脏病、肺源性心脏病
的辅助用药。
4.用于预防及减轻血吸虫病防治药物所引起的心脏和肝脏的毒性反应。
5.用于眼科疾病(中心性视网膜炎，视神经萎缩)的辅助用药。
