英文名称: Methylthiouracil 性状: 硫脲类抗甲状腺药主要抑制甲状腺素的合成。其作用机制是通过抑制甲状腺内过氧化物酶，阻止摄入到甲状腺内的碘化物氧化及酪氨酸的偶联，从而阻碍甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲状腺氨酸(T3)的合成。本品并不阻断贮存的甲状腺激素的释放，因此只有当体内已有甲状腺激素消除和循环中浓度下降之后，才出现明显临床作用。除此以外，丙硫氧嘧啶还抑制外周组织中的T4脱碘生成T3

Methylthiouracil English Name: Methylthiouracil traits: thiourea antithyroid drug inhibition of the thyroid hormone synthesis. Its mechanism of action is through inhibition of thyroid peroxidase, prevent the intake to the thyroid iodide oxidation and tyrosine coupling, thereby impeding thyroxine ( T4 three ) and triiodothyronine ( T3 ) synthesis. In addition, propylthiouracil also inhibits peripheral tissue in T4 iodothyronine T3 generation
