英文名称: Methylthiouracil 性状: 硫脲类抗甲状腺药主要抑制甲状腺素的合成。其作用机制是通过抑制甲状腺内过氧化物酶,阻止摄入到甲状腺内的碘化物氧化及酪氨酸的偶联,从而阻碍甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲状腺氨酸(T3)的合成。本品并不阻断贮存的甲状腺激素的释放,因此只有当体内已有甲状腺激素消除和循环中浓度下降之后,才出现明显临床作用。除此以外,丙硫氧嘧啶还抑制外周组织中的T4脱碘生成T3
